Tree Inventory Management System
Confirm® Arboriculture is an integrated, map enabled Windows®-based software for tree management. The modular system can be easily deployed on an organisation's IT infrastructure, accessed via the web and shared with all stakeholders, to reduce administration and increase efficiency. Confirm can be used in a single department or in any combination with other Council streetscene services.
Featuring a user-configurable asset register, Confirm Arboriculture has field-based tree survey (and re-survey) software with integrated mapping for both Pen Tablet and PocketPC computers. Confirm boasts user-definable risk management to configure, use and report against any style of tree risk assessment including Quantified Tree Risk Assessment (QTRA). In addition to covering Parks and Open Spaces trees, Confirm is ideal for Highways Tree Management and can also accommodate TPOs for either individual trees or area orders. Work can be managed within Confirm via responsive and cyclic maintenance regimes and the system can be extended to term contractors to optimise administration.
Confirm Arboriculture can be a stand alone system or extended to include green space and grounds management and links to most digital mapping systems. It provides a powerful tool for arboriculture officers and managers, tree inspectors, contractors, grounds managers, tree surgeons and arborists responsible for trees and hedges in municipal green spaces, parks and gardens.
Confirm Arboriculture features configurable workflows for inspections, enquiries and jobs, as well as user-defined intervention criteria. As a contract administration tool, Confirm is supported by a comprehensive audit trail and allows contractors to work online or link to their own systems.
Confirm's out-of-the-box reporting capabilities allow users to view, report and display real-time information in a format that's relevant to stakeholders. Integrated mobile working capabilities give managers and inspectors the tools they need to accurately capture data and return up-to-date information from the field.
