Confirm® Cleansing and Waste Management covers all 42 cleansing and waste services in a single, integrated solution. A Windows®-based, map enabled and modular software system, Confirm can be easily deployed on an organisation's IT infrastructure, accessed via the web and shared with all stakeholders, to reduce administration and increase efficiency. Confirm can be used in a single department or in any combination with other Council streetscene services.
With an asset register cross-referenced to BS7666, Confirm tracks refuse collections and cleansing, programmed and responsive works, plus waste management and recycling. The system provides a comprehensive management tool for environmental managers, borough engineers, managers of cleansing, waste, recycling and CRM departments, operational staff, environmental technicians and contractors providing cleansing and waste management services to municipal organisations.
Confirm® Cleansing and Waste Management offers complete inspection and reporting for national waste performance indicators NI191, NI192, NI193 and NI195, and links to the Flycapture database to report fly-tipping incidents. It also supports and complies with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) for recycling and disposal of computers and technology products. As a customer service solution, Confirm features flexible, user-defined enquiries processing, with links to CRM systems.
In addition to refuse collection, waste management services and bulky or household waste bookings, Confirm Cleansing and Waste Management manages street scene sweeping, street scene inspections and other operations including public conveniences and gulley emptying.
Confirm's out-of-the-box reporting capabilities allow users to view, report and display real-time information in a format that's relevant to stakeholders. Integrated mobile working capabilities give managers and inspectors the tools they need to accurately capture data and return up-to-date information from the field.
