Confirm® Street Lighting is an integrated lighting maintenance and contract management system from Pitney Bowes MapInfo. Designed to manage the entire street lighting maintenance life-cycle, from night scouting to fault rectification, Confirm® Street Lighting provides a powerful, user-configurable asset register for engineers, technicians, energy-efficiency officers and community safety officers. The system helps municipalities inventory, maintain and manage street lights, including structural and electrical testing, reactive and emergency repairs and cyclic maintenance in compliance with the Traffic Management Act.
Confirm®, and the Confirm® Street Lighting module, enhance business process automation and corporate system integration capabilities (including FIS , CRM, GIS and more), providing a critical component of a Transformational Government strategy. The ability to link the system to council websites and third generation CRM systems facilitates citizen engagement, reporting and information giving.
Comprehensive out-of-the-box reporting capabilities for finance, energy procurement and KPI reporting allow users to view, report and display real-time information in a format that’s relevant to stakeholders. Confirm®’s integrated mobile working capabilities give engineers, technicians and night scouts the tools they need for jobs in the field – to accurately capture data and return up-to-date information from handheld devices or tablets.
